Matilda has provded editorial support for a range of business and organsiations, working on print books, print magazines and for various online publications. She trained as an editor at the University of Melbourne, where she completed a Master of Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing (2013). 

Matilda has worked as an editor, proofreader and submissions manager, both in-house and on a freelance contract, for various large and mid-sized publishing houses, including Penguin Random House and Black Inc. Books. She has undertaken sub-editorial duties, both in print and online, for magazines at Executive Media and Time Out Melbourne. Matilda has also edited for many online publications, and is well-acquainted with front- and back-end editorial processes across a variety of CMS.
